Any one got info on removing/fitting wheels?
« on: November 06, 2017, 06:30:08 PM »
Hi,
It's tyre changing time and I need to take both wheels out then refit them once the new tyres are on.
Does anyone know the specific torque setting for axles, pinch bolts,  brake calipers  etc. & also if there is any process to follow to refit the front wheel?
Thanks in advance

Confirm that statement by Mayank - I have about that same kms on the bike (5000) and the tyres have loads of life left  - probably another 5000kms
(not particularly slow riding either but it is all on tarmac)

I'm changing them for Roadsmart 3's as I'm not a massive fan of the Scorpion tyres fitted as OEM.

I have 8000kms done and have planty of tire, but I think that the front will match the rear... that's not a good thing  lol

when the time come for changing, I', thinking in the roadsmart 3 or perhaps the piloto road 5 that is out there to come, if not the pilot road 4 are as well a good tire for road only.
