R&G Heel Guard pics (for Julian)

As requested by Julian here are a couple of pics of the R&G Heel Guard and tank protection stickers (hope the photos get attached correctly). The heel guards are 2 piece for the left hand side and a single piece for the right hand side. The tank protection kit consists of two parts for each side but I only applied the lower ones

They have been in place for over 3,000 miles now and are fine  - a good investment I feel without spoiling the looks of the bike too much

The cable ties shown on the left hand side heel guard are just to retain the chain oiler hose that runs inside the frame

buzzardbilly, thank you very much for your effort and help! That's great!
I wanted to apply these from the first day, but I didn't figured out how will look on the bike, I like very much the clean look of the red and I don't want to ruin it.
I have in plan to buy another series of goodies in the winter, these protectors, side stand enlarger, front fender extender and I hope I will find one for rear wheel, I don't like the muddy rain on the top case!

Julian - you are welcome. I also didn't want to detract from the looks of the bike and that is why I didn't fit the top part of the tank protector kit (it wasn't an area that the trousers were rubbing either). Front fender extender is a super addition and easy to fit (if you select for the stick on option)

In first and last photo you have fitted some kind of rubber plug. Is this something you can find easy or it's especialy for MTS?

Yep I can confirm The Nozzle's recommendation  - I used these standard industry plastic plugs - cheap and efficient

buzzardbilly, I got one more question for you  :002:

I ordered the tank traction grips a few days ago and I ask also for the heel guards from your last photo, but I saw that these are not listed on R&G site (they appear in the frame plugs photos) . The dealer from here, which is the official importer, sent an email to R&G, now I am waiting for a response.

    Where did you buy yours?

Thank's! I'll wait for a sign from the dealer first, then check out on Ebay.
