Krazy Horse Event - Bury St Edmunds - Thurs 5th Sept evening (6pm to 10pm)

Hello All,

I am going to the Krazy Horse Street Machine event in Bury St Edmunds this Thursday pm/evening, and wondered if any Mutley owners would like to join me.  It's an evening event (more details at https://krazyhorse.co.uk/pages/events), with a bar, cafe, band and lots of bikes expected.  I'm down in East Sussex so plan to head off for a leisurely ride from here at about 2;30pm, up through Kent, Essex and onto Krazy Horse Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.  Folks are welcome to meet me en-route, or at the venue.

I don't know much about Krazy Horse but it seems they have a tie up with Indian and Cavalari Bikes along with Morgan Cars, and it's never boring looking at Bikes of all types - either on show or in the car park!

If you are interested, post here first, then we can establish what works best for folks, then use PM if necessary for phone numbers/contact details.

Fully understand - it's one advantage of not being gainfully employed at the moment!  I didn't think many folks would be up for it, but it's not far from HERTS, Essex, CAMBS & Norfolk so I thought it was worth mentioning.

I would join you Al, but the bike is having its 36000 mile service done. Crazy Horse is a great place, hope you have a good time.

NeilB leading the mileage charge - 36K - getting your moneys worth!  Just a quick question - how is your oil consumption - does it use any?

It did use a little in the early days but I’ve not had to top up in the last 9000 miles.

Good to know, thanks Neil.  Mine has used approx 550ml in 4,000 miles or so which seems OK (7,500 miles total), but I've not had a bike that used any before, so it takes some getting used to.....old habits die hard!

Good event - every type of Bike from Vincent's to current,some exotic and many customs plus a large dose of American muscle cars...and a few Harleys.  Really enjoyed the evening.  Met TMF (The Missenden Flyer he of YouTube fame..) too - very interesting chap to talk to.
