Good day all! New owner from Vancouver Canada, picked up a 2017 950 from a local dealer on Saturday. Looking forward to getting to know this bike and this group.

Sometimes you need a really crooked road to get your head straight

Welcome!! Great bike!  Have you had any previous bikes?  How long have you been riding for?

    Thanks guys for the welcome!

Motorman, this is my fourth street bike. Grew up with dirt bikes and ATVs, then started with a 1977 Honda CB550K which I attempted to turn into a cafe racer. Moved onto a Japanese Imported Honda CB-1 which was a really fun bike in the city, but not well suited for extended trips. From there to a 2009 Suzuki DL650. Awesome go almost anywhere bike and easily the best bang for your buck all round bike. I put about 70K kms on that bike  commuting and touring before I sold it.

    Now I'm here! :046:

Anything more than two wheels is unnecessary.
