    for the second time my chain is scratching the suspension arm. First time we adjust tension and paint black the spot. now, 600km later same ... :003:
    does anybody else had the same problem?

    I have seen this on my bike too and have always wondered how does the chain move that far to the side. I don't get it.

    Same here, seen some cases of the chain grinding the chain guide bolt.

    Low revs high load makes the chain bounce like crazy

    Take a look at the aperture where the chain enters the swinarm too. This part of the swingarm may well be worn as well.
