    Cleaning The Windscreen

Some of yous maybe already in the know. During the summer months there is the inevitable insect splatter on the windscreen. No amount soaking and rubbing with a cloth and car wash soap will remove spatter. While looking up about window cleaning I came across this:
      480ml hot water
60ml white vinegar (non-brewed condiment for those in the UK)
      2ml dish soap

Mix and spray on, use a micro cloth to wipe clean.  I now have a very nice clear and streak free windscreen. Works great on house and car windows too and it is very inexpensive. A bottle of non-brewed condiment in Scotland is 0.50.
    Kind Regards,
    Wethogs

Sounds like hard work to me wethogs!

Unfortunately, Ireland's favourite glass foam cleaner named Glassfix is only available here in Ireland.

Shake the can, spray on a small amount and leave to activate for a moment or two and then wipe off with a microfiber cloth - perfectly clean screen, visor, helmet, painted surface...
