    Resurrecting this old thread to add another WOW to this mod. I did mine with heat shrink which was easy enough.

    The difference in slow speed control is night and day. It makes me wonder why the mechanical slop is built into these throttles on so many bikes. Having said that, I'm really happy with the improvement which makes the bike a far more relaxing ride in traffic.

    On cable operated bikes, the slack is there so there's 0 throttle application when the bars are turned to full lock. On throttle by wire bikes, there's no need. My Multistrada has over double the slack of my previous S1000R. No idea why companies do what they do...

    The reference is the throttle play built into the RBW.  Perhaps you have answered the question as to why they made it so sloppy.  Cause people are used to the throttle by cable?

    Itís been said before but Iíve just fitted these, ridiculous price but WOW what a difference they make!
