    Good morning to all !!

I want to buy the 950 so guys I'd like to ask if you are happy with your purchase ..
Is 950 what you were trully waiting for ?
    it's worth the money ?
My other choises are a  new Tracer 900 (as a value for money bike) or a used BMW 1200GS of 2015 ... (same amount with 950 since I'm thinking to buy the 950 with the touring and urban packs) ..

    thanks !!!

My last bike was a yamaha tracer 900 and I enjoy it but the multi 950 is a class apart in every respect.

The main thing that lets the tracer down is is suspension I never found the right  adjustment

    Hope that helps

My Last bike was Yamaha FZ6 600cc naked. I went to test ride the Tracer and the tiger 800.
This MTS 950 is the best decision made. It's quality, sound and handling are far supreme than the others.
    I thought I was a true yamaha fan.....not anymore

Only you can decide esp whilst the bike is so new and no one has done that many miles yet. Had mine in for first service at the brand spanking new Ducati Glasgow dealer yesterday. So now can open up a bit more. Loving it so far but I love most Ducatis (and Triumphs) so biased... take a decent test ride on them all but try the Tiger 800 and Tiger sport 1050 which is a very under rated bike..

    Tried everything now on mine.
Rain, Hail, Snow, Gale, Floods, slow, fast, bendy, straight and now today the shopping trip with a bodged on Givi Simpley 41 litre top box on a 40 mile round trip to Asdas in 18degree sunshine. All in the last 2 weeks Will post photos once i've shrunk them to fit.
In the past three years, afer having a LeMans for 33 years, Ive had an MT09, MT09 Tracer, Tiger 800XCa, MT10, Explorer XRt. They all have had there strengths and weakneses. I0 years ago I would have kept them all but now have to make do with only one bike.
Ive done 960 miles on my Multi in 2 weeks. Still absolutely loving it.
On the "real road" its near enough as quick as the 1200 but I like the fact Ive kept £3.5K in my pocket.
Almost the perfect Goldilocks bike. Just wish it had a shaft. I live in the Lake District and hate Motorways even dual carriageways so 98% of my ride has been on "interesting" routes.
If any bodies interested the total weight including box is 6.3 kilos. Whilst this is  over the 5K limit theyre obviously allowing for the pounding a rack would take if bike is off road. I didnt even notice it on ride back with it full.

    Thank u guys ..
I ve rejected the BMW, too expensive , too big for city traffic and I have to say that I've seen that its a bike mostly for older than me .(in forums and bmw club ).. I don' t know maybe in Greece (I m 40) :-)
I 've booked a test drive for 950 for Tomorrow and I will book and another one with the tracer ....
    The money difference in Greece is 4.000€ ... it's a serious amount ... :-)

While I have had mine for over a month, I have only put 300 miles on it, as the weather here (Portland, OR) has been utter shite.  But it is a phenomenal bike. I came from 2 Cagiva Gran Canyons before (900 Duc motor), and it is that bike but newer and better in all regards.

I appreciate BMW's for their proven reliability and build quality, but never could get over the cylinder placement (smack my shin bone on them a lot, especially on the right side).  And they are big and heavy.  The 1200GS is fast, but nothing compared to a Ducati twin when sport riding, and I have to think the MS 950 must be 100 lbs less.  Test ride one, you will be sold.
