Neil you can just buy the skin for about £20 & takes about 15 mins to replace, I did it on my 950 panniers before I sold it

Good to know. I managed a stupid stopped and dropped putting mine on the centre stand,  boot slipped on stand lever and over we went.  I didn't realise until now that the skin on the pannier is changeable. The scratches aren't too bad but for that sort of price good to get rid.
