    Replacement mirrors

Hi All, has anyone replaced the standard mirrors on a 950, I am thinking about an alternative as I'm not able to set the OE mirror once I have adjusted the brake / clutch lever to suit my hand fall.
The RHS in particular is not able to be adjusted down enough to be able to see the road level..

There is a cover on the back of the mirror housing that snaps off. Inside is an adjustment nut. if you loosen that nut, you can get move the mirror  frame up, down, left and right to get a better view overall. Then tighten the nut down and you are left with the 'normal' adjusment range of just the mirror from the front side.

No worries. My local dealer (now out of business - sigh) showed me where it was and explained what to do.

So, there's a small press on flap on the bottom edge of the mirror, on removal you can see the nut / screw in the back pof the mirror unit, I slackened it off a little, and lo and behold, the mirror was able to adjust down to where I needed it,
    Many thanks..

This has been bugging me since I got the bike last year. I've just tried the loosening of the nut inside the mirror, didn't make a my difference to mine. I tried moving the bars, levers everything. I think I'll need to look at replacement mirrors now.
