Well I have just made the move from my Monster to a new Multistrada 950S in GP White - was really undecided on going with the Ducati Red but the new colour is different and I thought why not. Now just have to wait for the boat to arrive in Australia on the 4/11 and the dealer to truck it up the 1700kms or so to Townsville in North Queensland.
Was funny the heart loved the XDiavel S but the brain said go with the MTS. One test ride and I knew the MTS was the way to go. Have had a good look around the forum and everybody seems really helpful. Cheers

Welcome to the forum Ducati1972 and congrats on ordering your MTS. Now the wait begins.

Share some photos when it arrives as weve not seen many in that colour scheme so far.

Did you buy it from the Gold Coast, only reason I ask is there was a GP White one in the dealer when I went in for the test ride on Wednesday 17th December and they said it was being shipped up to Townsville. Looked fantastic and I ordered one that very day and like yourself once I test rode it I new it was the one. Congrats.

Welcome to the world of the Multistrada- yep that was my bike and it turned up here on Monday. It is awesome to ride and glad I added the panniers and centre stand. Also put in some Rizoma reservoirs for a bit of bling. Huge difference from my previous bike which was a Monster. You will love it when you get it. Way better than the Triumph I reckon but I am a little bias but did test ride the Tiger which was nice but not a Ducati. Let me know when yours arrives - the GP white looks great I reckon. Cheers Gerry

    Hi Gerry,

I also went with the touring pack with the heated grips as well. I noticed those nice looking reservoirs and I said they are nice and he quickly added there extra.☹

Yeah I really noticed the step up in quality of finish over the Tiger. The GP White looks really nice, I liked it when I saw it online but when I saw yours it just had to be.

    Cheers Dave
