    Just thought I would share...

    I have not been able to find a DIN Hella to usb adaptor which does not interfere with the steering.  Not sure why Ducati selected that location for the DIN Hella.  I ended up using the GPS power line along with an inexpensive unit from amazon.  Pretty simple mod.  Now I can power my phone while on a ride.  The location I selected is within reach of the existing GPS pigtail and does not interfere with steering.  Cutting up the pigtail very carefully to reuse the wires was the most dificult part.  It powers on and off with the key and adds a voltmeter. 

    Problem solved.

    If you use phone above the dash you can use the USB port that is located under the seat. Buy a 1,8 or 2 m long cable, route it to the left panel and below the dash and that's it.
    For the gps you have a dedicated plug, there are many topics about that.
