    Slip-on choices

    Hello all,
I travel a lot in Austria and Switzerland, and because of strict emission/dB regulations there I'm limited to consider only slip-on as a small sound improvement of stock exhaust.

Can you say which of these 2 sounds better?

    Akrapovic:

    Termignoni:

    Thank you
    Daniel

not exactly.. there are some single cases of showing this or that by "happy" owners, but still I can read opinions saying something totally opposite - that this change does nothing

From what I could "see" the termignoni sounds almost stock, akrapovic sounds better.
Did you check mivv double gun? I like its sound from videos but no real experience. Cheapest of all...

I've got the Termignoni and it's a bit disappointing to be honest. I'm considering trying a de-cat pipe to liven it up a bit. Unfortunately I haven't heard the Akra on this bike.
You may also want to consider Zard or the QD double gun options.

Thank you all for your comments.
Unfortunately I gave up with my idea to buy a slip-on. Talking to (un)happy owners I got confirmed it doesn't really make sense.

So the new idea is to buy decat pipes and stay with ori. muffler. There are much more choices (more than slipons), but I think these 2 are the most reasonable:

    LeoVince
... for its built-in pseudo dbkiller

    Spark
    ... for accessory dbkiller

I talked to both manufactures and these 2 seems to be safe for the engine in terms of fuel mixture, and not that extremely loud (they reach 104dB at 4500rpm)

What you think about tha approach?

Looks interesting. The Spark system is much more expensive. What's the difference?
Also, what is a pseudo db killer?
