    Colour TFT Display - theft?

    Hi All:

Was just reading  an article in the January/February edition of Adventure Bike Rider, page 16, "Hot Stuff". A company is selling an anti-theft guard for BMW R 1200 GS/GSA and R 1250 GS/GSA bikes. Apparently the colour TFT displays  on these bikes is very easy to steal and cost £1000 plus to replace.

So I wonder if the new 950S with the colour TFT displays have a similar ease of theft. I have not seen anyone in this forum report on such a thing.
    Kind Regards,
    Wethogs

The GS sells so much (an so so so so many more than Multis) that generate a much bigger 2nd hand and "parallel" parts market. Don't think it's the case with Ducati.
