For those that purchased this extended warranty coverage with their 950, does it start at the end of the factory coverage or is it concurrent? I am in the US for what its worth.

I got my answer to this, unfortunately, the 7 yr coverage really means 7 in total coverage. Not 7+2.  The salesperson did not properly explain this detail, so I hope this helps someone. Pricing depends on tiers, I was quoted around $1000 for the aforementioned 7yr plan. How much was yours?

Thanks Mrchow. What's going on with your fuel sensor.... Is it a known issue? I assume most bikes should still within original warranty, hopefully they get this resolved ASAP.

Fuel sensors on the MTS are a know issue and frequently go out.  They are an engineering defect.  Learn the mileage range on the tank for the way you ride.

That actually explains a lot. I have always wondered why some multis always had their fuel light on in online reviews. Good to know, is there a mileage around when they fail?

Mine stopped working properly after the first annual service (minor) and the ducati dealership did not reassemble the under tank scaffolding , nor the seal (I wrote a thread and video here).  That was about 12k miles.  Friend's MTS950 went south around 12k miles.  Another friend has the Supersport 950 and has replaced his also around 14k miles (different tank same engine)
