What are riders wearing on their nether regions? Textile? Leather? Biker denim (aramid etc) Rice paper?
Just wondering really what the feeling about biker jeans are, I have a pair of Knox and of Bull It (Covert)  the rate at AA or AAA and seem Ok. Just interested in thoughts.

EftanD  - whatever you choose make sure they allow good airflow and are not too thick (good armour but not too much padding thickness)  . If you have not ridden the Multi during summer months yet you will not have experienced how much heat comes off that engine on a hot day - a Mankini would be the best !
I actually have Jeans and Textiles and whilst jeans are nice the textiles are actually cooler as I can remove liners and open vents

Bull-it jeans for me. Can get a tad warm on the very hot summer days, separate knee armour and have bought some of the d3o armour for the hip pockets.

I have been riding all year for many years so I am lucky enough to have built up a variety of gear. I ride in Ireland so changeable weather is the norm not the exception.

For a half day buzz, or a trip where I expect to spend time off the bike walking around etc. Good weather three season, Cordura Jeans from RST with kevlar and arimid and I have uprated the hip and knee pads, or over trousers (see below).
For a half or full day buzz where I don't expect to spend time off the bike, three season, I prefer leathers.
General commuting to work etc, (somewhere I know I can store stuff while off the bike) All year round, textile over trousers. I have had Dainese, Alpinestars and RST. Up rate the pads and they are all good, but for higher milage trips, make sure what ever you wear under the over trousers are comfortable to wear on the bike.
Mulitday trips and touring; I prefer leathers.
