mose40, I dropped into Coventry Ducati a while back (pre covid) just out of curiosity as I was nearby visiting my folks. The manager was brilliant and showed me round their service workshop.

Must admit it all looked very impressive and absolutely immaculate.

Think they have good feedback too.
