New forum look

Made some updates to the forum today which mainly involved dumping the Wordpress frontend.

The forum look has also changed to a 'blue' theme.

Still have a few things to do so there might be a few bugs here and there.

There's actually a dark theme as well but when the site was opened up again I noticed a few dodgy bits so I've taken that offline for a few days until until fixed 

Anyway, sorry about the downtime but it needed some updates.
