    Hi from Scotland

Took delivery this morning of a 2018 MTS 950. Had to go for a ride-out this afternoon, albeit not great biking weather here (6C)!  Had a 25 mile ride through the countryside to get used to the bike. I came from a Triumph Thruxton so a very different riding experience. Slowly got used to the riding position, but did seem to find it difficult to get it into neutral when I stopped. Otherwise a great first ride and looking forward to putting on a few miles this summer (when summer arrives).

welcome gwdalba and hope you enjoy the bike as much as the rest of us. Finding neutral is a common problem on low mileage bikes - it takes a couple of thou miles to bed the gears in . If the bike has already got more than a few thou on the clock then try the handlebar clutch adjuster (I find I have to unscrew a couple of turns every few thou miles)

Good to hear you are enjoying your MTS. Enjoy.

Thanks for the feedback. Bike has done 2,900 miles so I expect it will get better as soon as I put some miles on it.
