Handle Bar switch adjust

I’m working on adjusting my handlebars as they weren’t sitting great and I was getting shoulder issues while riding.
I’ve adjusted the bars but the clutch now hits the high beam.
How do release the switches so I can spin them round on the bars?
I’ve managed to get the bottom plastic off but there are no bolts.

The switch blocks are mounted in a fixed place, there will be a pin/lug on the inside of the switch housings that locate into a hole in the handle bar to stop the unit spinning whilst being used.

So essentially you are saying they don’t move?

They do not move independently, they are fixed to handlebars. Even the levers do not have much adjustment because of full lock, either they it the tank or windscreen
