Has anyone tried this already? Any good? Heard the Healtech one has issues.

Had Healtech quickshifter for my previous bike yamaha tracer for over a year, its fantastic and will be buying another one to my newly purchased 2017s 950 multistrada  :152:
About the IRC i cant help you but i vouch for Healtech! Great stuff, needed a little adjustment to get the sensor right but after that itīs super smooth even from first gear :)

Got it! thank you! Had a complaint from my friend on his Kawasaki Z900 before so I wasn't sure about healtech. No issues encountered on the tracer?

Nope, super good! As i said I'd buy one again for my new MTS! :001: Tried the 950s with DQS few weeks back and definetly didnt like it as much as Healtech's. Cut-off times seemed so long between gears that the bike felt twitchy :)

Healtech QS on my multi 950 from 2017 works perfectly, make sure to set it up properly. Healtech uses an app with a wizard for that, I had to adjust it only slightly. Even downshifts work, but only IF you hold the throttle a little bit open when downshifting! Dealer said that if it works, it can't hurt the gearbox. I guess the Healtech sensor only interrupts the ignition when the throttle is applied and not when closed (makes sense actually). The interrupts are long enough for a firm downshift.
