Hello boys and girls. Had a wobble this week. Nearly chopped the Multistrada for a Yamaha 700 Tenere. Had the usual conversation over the phone on how my much my bike is not worth and after Mrs L transferred funds to the change the bike rode down to have a look. Sat on it, poked around it, looked back at the multi and after the lack of interest from the salesman put my lid on .and rode off. Why would I swop  a pretty much fully loaded Ducati for a very basic Yama ha. I am 58 I won’t be off roading but I was looking for something a bit lighter and perhaps simple? I have bought a few more tools and decided I can take it to bits a bit I did a 4 year mechanical engineering apprenticeship back in the day so can throw a spanner or two( mainly throw). Won’t be doing the belts or valves but will take wheels out etc. 😁😁
