    Two fingers to the sky

Two fingers to the sky! Or as we use here in UK, head to the right.
I'm Italian, from Genova in Liguria, living since 2019 in Oxfordshire.
First Ducati after a boxer period.
On two wheels since 30years, owned mainly jap enduro. African experience as guide and a tunisie rally. I was fascinated by Sahara and sand since I was watching Dakar rally in TV in the late '80s.
The most exciting bike I ever owned was a KTM 950 adventure that shared with me adventures from Lybia to Marocco, the hard and rocky trails of Ligurian Alps and the Nordic landscape of Norvegian fjords.
Riding the red Ducati is giving me back emotions that I was missing during the comfy times passed with Munich's bike. Every rev now is a joy and I'm back riding with a smile on my face.
Happy to join the forum to get more tech info on our bike and eventually to share my past experience as field mechanic.
    Happy riding
    Andrea

That's a great intro - and agree - really thought the GS was probably the best bike I've had - but somehow the Ducati just adds something else
