I'm using a simple one from China, a block of 1", which works fine for me.

Have 2" adjustable Rox risers on my 2017.  Did not need to relocate any cables or wiring.  I have them set as far back and down as possible. They work great, recommend putting a towel over the tank when installing to protect the tank.  If you are setting them back and down, the towel also helps to set clearance to make sure you don't hit the top of the tank at full lock.  You can also adjust the steering stops.
