Rack to support Soft Panniers V2 950 multi

There are a few threads touching on racks but I did not find anything re options for soft panniers.
Fundamentally a rectangular frame with three mounting points is all that is required but aesthetics count as well !

SW Motech offer a rack for multistradas but it does not expressly say it fits the V2.

A Givi pannier frame would do but at 300 it seems overkill.

    Anybody fitted anything ??

I can't guarantee it, but I'd be pretty sure that any rack that fits the 2021 950 will also fit the V2. I checked the OEM Ducati panniers and top box and they are the same for 950 and V2. Therefore, the mounting points are the same - and the SHAD rack uses the standard top box mounting points.

    Givi say -
"At this present time we do not have a pannier rack for the 2022 model."

    Shad say -

"This has not yet been tested by the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee fitment.'

Shad provide a fairly detailed/ exploded diagram of the installation instructions for the Terra 4.
From those I cannot imagine that the rack won't fit a V2.

I should have acknowledged your thinking earlier. It seems entirely logical to me and I don't understand the reticence of "suppliers" to use the same logic. !!

Is there any update on this topic? Has anyone tried to fit the Shad 4P system on a V2?

i fitted an sw motech pro rack to my V2: at the time it did not say fits V2 but it did.

the sw motech Panniers have a plate to attach to the rack.
i made up a plate from chequer plate so i can mount my lomo panniers using the straps.

the sw motech pro racks have lugs that attach "permanently" to the bike .

The racks then attach using large "DZUs"type fasteners. I have the "mounting" plate fixed to the racks and attach them to the bike as one.
