New V2S on the way

I’ve had a couple of 1200S multis in the past and although amazing bikes, traded once they came out of warranty.  Bought a gsx1000F Kept it for a year then traded for a R1250GS which was swapped for the new Suzuki S1000GT, when the GS came outta warranty too.  The GT has been delayed many times and since the dealer took and sold within 24 hrs my GS it left me with no bike and no confirmed deliver date! Once I had a test ride on the GT, whilst v good, I wasn’t smitten so test rode a v4s and V2S.  After choosing not to spend £20k odd, my dealer then said he’d a standard v2 coming in which I asked him to give me first refusal on….. except again, no confirmed delivery dates! A new v2s order would be delivered in July so I started googling and found a couple of v2 standard a new v2S in street grey with immediate delivery….. pick up 21/4 on my way to a 4 day tour of Scotland.  A bit of a ramble, I know, but I’m glad to be coming back to the Ducati fold! I’m a serial bike changer but the 4yr warranty and 9k/2yr service intervals should keep me happier than usual, for longer lol

First service on day two of the tour ???

Picked up my V2 yesterday and spent most of today finding out how to get panels off and back on to sort my sat nav out.

I’m guessing the bike will need parked after I return from the trip, it’ll def be due it’s first service and it’s booked for 3rd May
