    Extended Warranty

I have the opportunity to take out extended warranty on the bike (‘69 plate) I am about to collect. The cost is less than £250 for the year. The bike is under 10k miles and is in pristine condition with full Ducati service history. Any views please.

If the extended warranty is comprehensive I think it would be worth the £250 and personally, I'd do it.

+1 on Bear's reply  - go for it (...and remember it has a good breakdown recovery service included in the warranty - or at least my original one did back in 2017 )

Depends who it’s with. Some aren’t worth it. Check what it actually covers.

Thanks. Its the Autoguard Warranty and it looks pretty good so I’ll see what the exact cost is before I make a final decision. It includes recovery so I could cancel my Start Rescue cover for the bike (Start have been very efficient BTW)
