Ah well the best laid plans of mice and men.
18 months away from retirement, got the bike and the luggage sorted, got the routes planned-out....just a matter of another year or so.
And then thanks to an accident at work I ripped my right arm clean out of it's socket, severed my bicep, detached all my rotator-cuff muscles and fractured my jaw in three places. Four hours of surgery fixed all the physical damage but I won't be riding my Multistrada again unfortunately.
It is with much sadness that I have to get rid of this bike, I loved it.
I'm open to all sensible offers, the bike is available now but will have to be collected from Edinburgh.
There are 2 additional items for sale separately (I will cover these later on the site) - a complete Mosko Moto soft luggage system and a 1-Jac bike stand all fitted and sized for this Multistrada
So here we go:
2020 Ducati Multistrada 950s - GreyI purchased the bike new from DMC-Preston in June 2020 and the bike comes with a complete service history.
The bike has always been stored in a garage, only has 2977 miles on the clock and is in excellent condition. The bike has just had it’s annual service (April 14th)
at the Ducati Approved North Motorcycle, Leith, Edinburgh.
There is an MRA Vario touring screen fitted to the bike although the bike was originally supplied with the Ducati Touring screen which can be included in the sale.
The bike was supplied with the Ducati comfort seat which was later refitted with additional gel inserts at Hurley Custom Seats in Edinburgh.
The bike was supplied with an Evotech high level GPS mount and cradle for a Garmin Zumo 595, if required the Garmin Zumo 595 GPS unit can be included in the sale.
There are three aftermarket electrical leads fitted to the battery, which can be left on if required:
1) Warm and Safe 12v 15amp fused battery harness with coaxial connector and dust-cap - for heated clothing
2) Givi 12v 15amp fused battery harness with coaxial connector and dust-cap - for a powered supply to a tank bag
3) Optimate battery tender harness - SAE connector
