    Rear indicators

I am installing some new led rear indicators to my 2017 950. I have removed the old ones but can’t get the new ones going. I have the resistor fitted.

I’m not sure if I’ve possibly blown something though as when I stick my meter across the cables with the indicator on I’m not getting 12vdc which I was expecting.

I’ve checked all the fuses, any help appreciated.

Have you tried to see if the original ones still work???

If your trying to use aftermarket indicators they may not work & give a engine light on the display + if your getting a permanent feed that’s the problem  :164:

Turns out it was my rookie error.

I was trying to test one indicator at a time and the bike doesn't like that, once I connected both the indicators up with the resistors fitted it worked fine. I didn't realise the bike was clever enough to not send voltage to the back of the bike.
