Just booked my first ever bike track day

Very excited.    Just booked my first ever bike track day. It's at Silverstone on July 26th. Simply can't wait.

Good luck I once done a day at the Nürburgring now that was scary there were cars,  vans, full  race cars,  mini busses  and a few bikes

The Nürburgring does sound a scary experience. Luckily this track day is bikes only - and I'll be in the novice group (due to not having done it before.) Think I may need to play around and adjust the suspension beforehand though, its far too soft at the mo.

Excellent - good luck. It's down to memorising the track  and identifying the breaking points on the circuit. Nice wide track so no danger of overlooking those bends...

Thanks gents. Yep, fingers crossed for good weather on the day and I'll try and get some photos although a bit tricky as I'm going on my own....unless of course anyone wants to join me

Ok, so who cursed the weather for my first ever track day yesterday at Silverstone  C'mon own up 

Despite the horrendous conditions (it tipped it down for most of the day) it was a fantastically awesome (and at times scary) day and the Multi was simply brilliant. I have to say the tyres were superb considering the track was sopping wet, although the instructors advised we reduce tyre pressures to approx 32 for front and rear.

I thoroughly recommend you all to book a track day to see what the Multi can really do!!!!....even in the wet.

Shame about the weather but glad you enjoyed the experience. You'll be pleased to know you weren't the only one getting wet. I'm in France at the moment on my Pan and it was a wet day's riding yesterday. Fortunately, the worst of it came last night when I had arrived at my hotel.
