Deposit paid on 950

Ah well, took the plunge and have paid deposit on a new red 950 - getting it professionally lowered by 40mm as part of the deal to compensate for my short legs. Also got panniers and side stand thrown in so quite chuffed. Just need to sort out a top box. Looking forward to getting it - will miss the Hyperstrada though, great torquey bike that deserves more plaudits than it gets.

A few weeks I think- lowering is a 7-10 day turnaround apparently which is fine so not too long. Can anyone advise regarding the 1st service? Is it at 500 miles and if so how much does it cost?
