    I have decided,

I will go to a short racing one, WRS with 38cm tall, why? because this summer I suffer a lot with the heat  :008: :008:, and I'll be more pleased with the air on my chest than over the helmet, as well the wind noise is ok under the 160kmh.

so I'll use the original in the winter and the shorter in the summer  :018:

    that all folks ;)

    ... just f##king ride :P

I'm the same. Will be putting my original screen back on soon for the winter commutes into London.

Was only 6 degrees when I rode in yesterday morning. Felt a bit nippy after all this lovely weather.

I tried my standard windscreen at its lowest setting last night and the wind buffeting over 60mph was horrendous. It felt like it was going to pull my helmet off. So it's back to mid way for commuting and fully up with vario for serious distances. I might be tempted to go for a bigger touring screen if they weren't so damned ugly  :004:
Anything more than two wheels is unnecessary.

    Hi All
I have a set of those spacers fitted with a mra screen . Its the best I have come up with so far , you seem to get clean airflow  around your helmet (oh er mrs) using this setup. I tried the mra without the spacers and it didn't work nearly aswell. I don't think you will get any better as the screen is very close relatively speaking . You will need to modify the spacers slightly for the mra but a standard screen will fit straight away . The spacers are made to sit in the indentations around the hole in the screen . The mra does not have them so you just need to cut them down slightly .This is not too hard as they are plastic. I use a Arai tour x helmet . I hope that helps.
    Cheers

Can't wait to see how you get on BabyD with the modification to see if it improves/eliminates the buffeting...

    This is before.....

Notice how close to the mirror arm the Givi screen is....

    This is after spacers fitted.....

A little more space between mirror arm & screen with spacers fitted....

Now the screen does not fit flush with the spacers unlike the standard screen & when you tighten the bolts it has to bend the screen slightly to close the gap other than that my only other thing I noticed AND I DO NOTICE THINGS LIKE THIS the bottom of the screen isn't perfectly equal on both sides.

    AM I BEING TOO PICKY????
