New (to me) symbol on the dash.

Just been out for a couple of hours and have had the ice warning on the dash for the first time. A constant 3C all the way but lovely sunshine and dry roads. A great ride around the N. Essex bends. Had the heated vest set on medium and the heated grips on high. Apart from the tips of my thumbs and forefingers going a bit numb, the rest of me was fine. The forecast for the coming few days looks rubbish so glad to have got out today. What a superb bike the 950 is.....I just love riding it. It always brings a  to my face.

Good on ye, getting out in all weathers neilb. one of my mates will not go out if the weather is below 9dg. the heated gear is a real good job and I have had it for three years now. I had said in the past that it was dangers because if it was freezing you would now be aware of it. I didn't know that the 950 had an orange light to warn you of the low temperature. What a great bike the 950 is. Ride safe

Disappointingly, not a coloured warning, just a black symbol on the mono display.

It doesn't have an orange light to warn of ice....it has an ice symbol that I can only describe as a glass of ice with star symbols as the ice 😀👍
I was out on Tuesday in 1 deg start and max temp 4 deg and the bike performed well in urban mode. Traction control light flickering so I now know that works too 👍
I went to get my recall work done that was recently announced. Chain adjuster and the radiator hose. Nice and quiet at the dealer....I wonder why?
