Another Hello from the Netherlands

Hello everybody!

My name is Lemotard (Peer) and I recently bought a MTS 950, a white one 

I am 64 years old and I am riding bikes for more then 45 years now. The last one was a Harley Electra Glide but before that I had a Buell Ulysses which I really liked. They do not make Buell's anymore and after testdriving some bikes I went for the MTS 950.

Drive around 15.000 km a year, all for pleasure. Member of a local club of retired persons, we drive in the week not the weekend!  And member of a non brand European club for the long trips.

Looking forward to meet some nice people her and some good advice/tips

Just want to add that I am getting my MTS 950 in March. So except for the half day testing it, my experience is limited.

I have also ordered the panniers, topcase, heated grips, center stand and radiator protector.

Sure I will change some things more depending on the first long rides

  to the forum, Leotard.......or should that be the "old boys club"! You will find that a number of us have many, many years of motorcycling behind us. And still we love it  You're going to love the bike when you get it. Had the dealer sold all the red ones

Welcome to the forum. The MTS950 is totally different than a Harley, but I am sure you will enjoy the bike!
