Not sure where to post this so forgive me if I’m in the wrong place.

I know that we have a front steering (fork lock) and a mobiliser incorporated within the ignition and the key - but does everyone/anyone also use a front brake disk lock as well?

Do you use them locally as well - or only when touring?

I also got a disk lock with alarm few years back and I use it most of the time, sometimes even in the garage if I'm not planning on rinding for a longer period of time

I use several locks in the garage but the most convenient is an Abus Granit Victory X disk lock - it gets good reviews and comes with a little pouch with velcro straps that I can attach to the rear of the bike - so easy to stow away and very unobtrusive

I always use an Oxford disk lock with an alarm (although the alarm has packed up, it clicks loudly and constantly even with new batteries). The bike that was parked next to mine at work was stolen just before Christmas  :013:
Anything more than two wheels is unnecessary.
