Just curious as once i hit 100mph the bike pulls very slowly after that, doesn't seem to want to go past 7k rpm, slowly building to 110mph, is this normal or should it build speed a little more steadily from then.

Mine pulls strongly from 100 to 120 mph and certainly isn’t wheezing or running out of steam. Haven’t gone any faster yet but will update in June when it’s had a blast on the German autoroute....oh yeah!

Curious, it really does seem to run out of power at 110mph, i'll play around with the engine modes and reset everything, i've had issues with a stuck exhaust valve, could this cause it?

I know when I had a yamaha tracer the guys in the USA were complaining that the bikes were restricted and had less power than the European ones.

Mine too goes like stink and I've seen 135mph and surprised how soon I got there so surely no issue with mine.

Was it in sport mode when you tried?
I've noticed in urban mode that if you try to go really fast it hesitates back so that must be the ECU working to limit the revs and speed?

Does it rev past 6/7k in other gears? If it’s not revving past in all gears then it is showing the symptoms of the exhaust valve sticking.
