    Headlamp beam adjustment

Has anyone adjusted the angle of the beam for headlamps? At night I often am getting flashed and I can see that the angle of my lights is too high and need adjusting down. It isn't quite clear to me which screws to adjust. If anyone can ping me a photo of the right ones I'd appreciate it.

There's quite a good description in the owners manual pages 256 and 257.

Personally I'd take it back to the dealers and get them to check it because they'll do a jig for it. Or at least have marks painted on a wall or something  :160:
Anything more than two wheels is unnecessary.

    Hi m0mrr
I had similar issue and my dealer had 2 attempts to set them at the right height.
1st attempt they adjusted during the visit when a recall was required on the Rad hose.
2nd attempt during it's 1st annual service. They took it over to a MOT station they normally use and now I can ride without anyone flashing me.
It's really frustrating when that happened especially early morning rides. Definately take it in and ask them to set it as if it's being checked for MOT.

+1 on that advice. It's unlikely youll get it right trying to do it yourself without the right equipment to check.

for 2020 ms950s sw THE MANUAL IS WRONG. you must look at ms1260 manual. There is a large M8 screw on bottom of headlight assembly . you access by removing the 3 screws on the cover that's between the fork legs. then reach up for about 50cm to the screw and turn it. found out the painful way by removing whole assembly. :( very easy once u know how.
