Fraid you can't use "attachments" with pm's (private messages).

What you could do is upload the image to the Photos Gallery (you'll need to sign up seperately first) and then then embed the image into your pm.

    Hi Tozes,

I had originally opened and closed the throttle assembly with an Aldi tool but was only able to fit one of the spacers.

I then failed to re-open the assembly with the same tool - so I ordered the tri-top head from Amazon which only arrived today.

I had to file down the thick-side of the spacer for the right hand side and after three attempts this is what happened. ( see attached image).

Would you please re-send me - in your own time - the right (forward) spacer - that's the one with the thick side - but would you make the thick side the same size as the other side?

Let me know what I owe you and I will send on the payment immediately.

    Many thanks,

    Beitsta

Haha, Beitsta, wasn't that supposed to be a PM?  :173:
Anyway, new spacers are on the way, on me ofc. I've sent you a PM with the tracking number.

Btw, the issue there looks like too much heat during sanding, did you use some power tool by any chance?

    Hi Tozes,

The problem with the spacer was entirely my fault as I hand-sanded (with a sanding block to get an even level) the surface.

I had sanded it down two or three times (offering it up after each attempt) and then I obviously sanded it to hard and cracked it.

The spacer itself is super strong and I am delighted with the quality thank you - but unfortunately, I was too aggressive with it in the end.

I certainly recommend it to everyone as even using one spacer has removed the loose movement of the throttle.

    Kind regards,

    Beitsta
