I’ve had a Honda Shadow VLX 600 for years, but found myself tired of holding the throttle wide open on the highway (and pretty much everywhere else!).

Just picked up my Multistrada 950 last week. It’s like a magic carpet, it’s so smooth and comfortable. I actually felt less tired after the ride home from the dealer. Maybe I was just excited. ☺ I ride like an old man, but I love having plenty of throttle to pass at 70 mph and avoid the big rigs. It does kick off some heat, but it’s Phoenix in June so what am I complaining about?

Looking forward to getting it broken in on the twisties and adding some luggage for longer trips/grocery getting.

    Enjoy it boulderlaw!

I was out for a ride yesterday morning and at one stage the speedometer was stating an error as it showed 202 kph  :725:

Not me your honor - it must be a mistake...!

Never been there before and hopefully never again but what a bike!!!

Multistrada - Great in town and great in the twisties!  :305:

I changed the speed units to km/h when I was in Europe.........makes you feel as though you are flying. I saw somewhere in the 190s, fully laden with the panniers. What a bike!

Anything more than two wheels is unnecessary.

The trick to staying cool in this weather on your bike is to never stop, just keep going so you get some wind cooling you down  :169:
Sometimes you need a really crooked road to get your head straight
