    Just found out today from Ducati UK that Metropolis Motorcycles in London have shut down. Maybe explains why my bike was so cheap. Even though I'd not planned to get the bike serviced with them it's still a shame when a decent dealership closes. Not enough bikers perhaps?

    I did wonder what had happened to them. I was looking at the offer they had on a new MS but just wasn't in a position at that time to go ahead, and noticed subsequently all advertising had ceased.
    Life is not a rehearsal . . .
