HI people,  just took the plunge and bought myself a used 950 MTS - picking it up sometime soon!  Traded it in for my Triumph Sprint 1050 - which I love, but is 13 years old now and had it for 9 years so well overdue for something different!  Lets hope I'm not disappointed.

Already read tons of stuff on this forum so looking forward to contributing my two penny's worth in due course.

I originally looked for a white one....... but got a good deal on a 1,000 miler....... which is red, so red it is.

And yes, already ordered the 3D (black) stickers for it!!!! Expensive but look great and will save some scuffs!

Probably look to do the mod for the slack throttle thingy next but need to see what it's like first. Have another bike which is pretry snatchy when going slow so might not seem such an issue for me. Wait and see.

Also want to fit a top box. I have a great Shad one so might need to get the rack for that if the adapter plate won't fit directly on the ducati grab handle bit...thingy.

After that, well I'm a bit of a short arse so may look for a used low seat. It's not too bad though, 5ft 10 with 38inch inseam.  My Triumph is lower but wider seat so ends up similar.

So many things to spend money on!!!!!

    Thanks for the welcome.

You will be able to touch the ground no problem. I'm 5 10 with 32" inseam and I can touch it, so not problem for you
