This is my third one and has started leaking today. No doubt my dealer will replace it in double-quick time again. Has anyone else had a problem or am I just an unlucky so-and-so?

Blimey Neil. Think you've just been really unlucky. I could be wrong, but don't believe anyone else has had the same problem.

Mine had a tiny amount of fluid showing (just checked) just below the seal on one side in a very small area, but no significant drips or leaks...now wiped  away.  I will keep an eye on it - thanks for the heads up Neil.  Did your problem start with a small leak and then get worse?

Mine leaked, started as a little and became a lot. I had what appeared to be a complete new master cylinder fitted under warranty. The new reservoir cap had much bolder writing on it that stood proud of the cap.

So, before going back to the dealer again, I tightened down the two cap screws just a touch. Now, there's no fluid leaking after some 500 miles in the last few days. I'm keeping an eye on it; I've still got just under four months of warranty left.

Sorry no picture as I’ve already traded the bike in. I tightened mine up which cured it for a while but then it started again. Seemed to be an issue with the diaphragm rather than the cap and was worse in hot weather. The new one looked much better.

neilb do you think it loosened up?  You could put the blue or yellow marking on it to see if the screws are loosening up.
