Phone sat navís have got really good including complex route planning. Add in waterproof iPhones and you have a neat set up. Added some pics to the gallery but used iPhone to take them so need to redo with pic of phone clipped . Have simple power feed from front right hand cockpit when required which tucks out of sight when not required. Did a test run today and it worked very well

I have the same Quadlock setup on mine.
I have used Waze for some time now and find it works really well.
I also use Myrouteapp for route planning. Many of you may know it but if not check it out.

Great to hear ! Itís MyRoute-app Iíve been using recently as itís what the ride out leader of my IAM group uses and up loads so we can all share the routes. Iíve started using the Nav app that you can get with it as well . As you say a Waze is good  So easy to use. Lay in bed dragging waypoints on your phone and then when happy just jump on the bike . No PC uploads or Garmin/Tom Tom.

Iíve also used Waze a lot and also HERE We go which uses a Garmin maps. Even if people have a Garmin or Tom Tom system itís worth checking out the MyRoute-app planning as itís a delight and one click gets routes  into any format for sending to other devices
